大佬，我这个为甚么不能下载文件啊，端口配置的6800，服务正常启动了，但是下载文件的时候显示被占用
Aria2 简单配置信息：

端口 : 6800
密码 : xxxxxxxxxxx
目录 : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
