97% of customers would recommend Cisco Duo — yet again!
Verified reviews led to Cisco Duo’s recognition as a Customers’ Choice in the Gartner® Peer Insights™ 2026 Voice of the Customer for User Authentication Report for the second year in a row. Cisco Systems once again placed in the upper-righthand quadrant with 97% of customers expressing their “Willingness to Recommend” it to their peers (based on 100 reviews as of November 2025).
How it works...
Placement in the Gartner Peer Insights’ 2026 Voice of the Customer Report was based on scores assigned for “User Interest and Adoption” and “Overall Experience.” Cisco’s ratings reflect 100 reviews of Duo (second highest in the category) submitted by verified customers during the 18-month period ending November 30, 2025.
Overall, we feel that customers’ reviews of Duo reflect highly positive experiences. Along with their 97% willingness to recommend the solution (second highest in this year’s report), Duo’s “Product Capabilities” and “Deployment Experience” each received 4.7 out of 5 ratings (based on 99 and 94 responses, respectively, as of November 2025), the former tying for the highest rating for Product Capabilities received by any solution in the User Authentication category.
