Tangentially related, but I have a feeling this Rosetta retirement is going to be a real shitshow.

Yesterday out of nowhere I saw the Rosetta warning for the first time, about Chrome of all things. It seems somehow a PDF had triggered something deep in some private framework and spawned an Intel process, which promptly crashed all of Chrome when I attempted to print.

I have a feeling we're about to see a lot more of that in supposedly fully compatible applications.
