xiphos needs package libspeechd as a dependency

Yesterday June 13, 2026 I did my weekly full system upgrade.  When I attempted to start xiphos from a terminal I received the message that it could load libspeechd.so.  When I loaded libspeechd package everything worked fine.  the new git version of bug tracking is a pain to setup an new account.  So I am posting it here.

Need to add libspeechd to the depends in the PKGBUILD.
