I'm currently working on an in-app avatar integration for e-commerce webshops - so attached is my dummy (schoko-shop) version | also to note the avatar integration/widget [entry-point] in the bottom left corner of the front-end.

I still need quite a bit of support in term of the mouse courser movement/agent stuff | maybe someone has an idea on how to optimize/train - and finding the right architecture/stack for it.
