DOS Library utilizing a second CPU core

lib2core is a prototype encapsulating the complexity of managing a second CPU Core in DOS. It was created out of curiosity and found working on VMs as well as real Hardware. Edge264 was ported to DOS and modified to use 2core. Enjoy!
