"windows optimizer"sounds shady, believe me, I know, and the category is 99% scams, so the bar is on the floor. my program shoves wasteful background apps into Windows' own efficiency mode, trims memory before pressure hits instead of after, and optionally kills the background wifi scans that cause those periodic lag spikes. thats the whole feature list. i set up some rules regarding everything that the program can do and can't do: everything is reversible, it never touches a setting you can see in the windows UI and can change thru there, and it backs off entirely when you're gaming. it's built mainly with c# and I aimed for a native Windows feel.
