- Informations are scattered in so many tools and spreadsheets
Things like - Who approved X? - What doc was sent to Y and When? - Why exception Z was accepted for this client?
All this information and reasoning, get lost, is hard to reconstruct, and lives in people heads.
All this, needs to stay at the company disposal, and be available to all the workers (and agents), fast, anytime needed.
