After what appears to be a desktop update to 2.1.1, my android devices can no longer connect to the windows PC hosting syncthing. Both the windows device and android device can ping each other and there are no firewall blocks. In troubleshooting this, I explicitly permitted syncthing ports for transfer and discovery.
