Bills quarterback Josh Allen's wife, Hailee Steinfeld, recalls a magical moment from their wedding day.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and his wife, Hailee Steinfeld, remain as busy as ever despite announcing the birth of their first child last month.

Steinfeld glowed in a black dress while attending Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold’s wedding on April 3, where Allen served as a groomsman.

“This was our first time attending a wedding as husband and wife (and mom and dad!) — and everything hit differently,” Steinfeld wrote in her newsletter, Beau Society.

“The love in the air felt palpable and reminiscent. And I actually don’t think there’s anything more fun than being at a wedding with your husband! 10/10 recommend.”

Next up for Steinfeld and Allen, celebrating her first Mother’s Day “as a new mom!” she gushed in the May 8 issue. With their first anniversary around the corner, Steinfeld also shared a very special moment from their big day.

The “Sinners” star and Allen tied the knot at San Ysidro Ranch on May 31, 2025. While Steinfeld previously revealed that Amanda Gorman, a Youth National Poet Laureate who performed at the 2021 Presidential Inauguration, wrote a poem for their wedding.

However, Steinfeld didn’t share those special words with readers until this week:

At our wedding, Amanda read a poem she’d written for us about the miracle of love. In it, she said, ‘These two are the terrific proof that only when all of ourselves do we give, have we ever truly loved. And only when we have ever truly loved, have we ever truly lived.’ I will never forget those words or the feeling of hearing them in that moment.

Steinfeld previously shared numerous intimate details from their wedding weekend in Beau Society. She wrote, “It was blue skies, 75 and sunny the entire weekend. Except the coolest thing happened after we got married:

“We walked off the aisle to ‘Signed, Sealed, Delivered (I’m Yours),’ and it started thundering. No rain, just thunder and lightning. Magical.”

“Entering our reception for the first time was unforgettable. So much JOY. And the flowers! The red candelabras! The dance floor! The stage! The chandeliers?!! All of our people! The flow of the reception was dance, speech, cry, dance, eat, dance, speech, cry, dance, etc.”

Allen spoke about how his perspective has changed since becoming a dad on April 20. “I think it definitely changes the mindset a little bit,” he told reporters. “I’m very excited. I do think this is going to be the best version of myself — in all aspects, my professional career and my personal life.

“It’s such a blessing. I’ve got an absolute rockstar of a wife that’s doing so many things right now and allowing me to be here right now and be with my teammates. Special times.” When asked if he’s gotten any sleep with a newborn at home, “No,” Allen answered with a laugh. “But I wouldn’t want it any other way. It’s very rewarding.”

Allen also joked about turning 30 and the notion of playing past his athletic peak. “And then hopefully, the dad strength kicks in, right? ” he said. “That’s what they say… I think just getting back to playing this game the way I love to play it, having fun, enjoying my teammates, enjoying this game — not focusing on the results and continuing to love the grind — the results will come with that.”
