“He calls over a woman, and she literally looks at my passport, she looks at me, she's literally doing a double take, like up and down, and this woman literally keeps going on and on and on about how ‘this isn't you. You're giving me somebody else's passport,’” Kate explained. “She goes, 'New nose, new lips, something to your eyes, new hair.’”

Mortified, the influencer detailed how she attempted to show the airport staffer her ID, to which the woman allegedly counted the three photos as three different people.

“I'm literally so f--king embarrassed,” the model admitted. “She then goes and calls three different men over. One guy was like, ‘Do you not have a work ID?’ And I was like, ‘I can pull up my Instagram, I don't know what to do.’”

“Keep in mind that everybody on line behind me is listening to this,” she added. “I understand they're doing their job. At the same time, I think there’s way better ways to handle things and word things.”

Days later, Kate took it upon herself to detail exactly what procedures altered her appearance.

“Obviously, I got these done—400 cc’s in both sides over the muscle,” she said referring to her breast implants in a May 19 TikTok video. “Obviously, lip filler. I did get a rhinoplasty. Not that happy with the results, but I think it looks better than what I was born with.”

She continued, “I have cheek filler, chin filler, I have Botox pretty much everywhere. I can barely move my face.”

And Kate also detailed her noninvasive treatments. 

“I'm also naturally a blonde, so I dye my hair brown,” she explained. “I have a whole head of extensions. I have fake nails, and I am also naturally super pale, so I do spray tans once a week. I also don't have natural freckles anymore, because I never go in the sun, so I also draw on freckles every single day.”

Because for her, honesty is the best policy.

As she added in the post’s caption, “Always gonna be transparent about these typa things.”
