Justin Bieber Brings Out Billie Eilish, Big Sean, and More Stars During Coachella 2026 Performance
Billie Eilish and Finneas will always stick together.
In fact, even though they haven’t been in the same space as often in the last year while Billie embarked on her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour, there is no bad blood between the sibling pair.
“I heard somebody say, ‘Did you guys hear Finneas and Billie had a falling-out?’” Billie recounted to Elle in an interview published April 28. “Finneas and I have never and will never have a falling-out, ever in our lives. We’ll get in the biggest f--king fight you’ve ever heard of in your life…and five minutes later, we’re back, laughing and making music.”
As she put it, “It’s sibling s--t. There’s nothing else in the world like sibling relationships.”
Instead, the decision for Finneas, 28, to step away from touring came as a natural next step. Even he admitted, “It’s basically true that I don’t like touring, but I love the show part of it.”
For Billie, not only did she and her brother have any time to see each other off the stage while touring, but she’d also started to feel like Finneas was relegated to a background role onstage: “Finneas was stuck in a tower—like Rapunzel! He never said it, but I was feeling like, ‘You have more to be doing than being my band member in the back.’”
But this is not to say the recent distance—physical in nature only—has been easy.

As Finneas told Elle, “I love being around Billie. This past year, when she would be on tour for months, I missed her a lot.”
Plus, not only do the pair share a deep familial bond, but their creative partnership runs almost even deeper: Billie and Finneas’ music will forever be intertwined.
“If I never saw Finneas at all, I might literally never make a song again,” Billie mused. “But how do we move on and have separate lives?”
But this is not the first time Billie has talked about the realities of her sibling bond with Finneas—in fact, it’s part of what has made them such effective collaborators.

“With a sibling, you can be so honest and brutal with each other,” the 24-year-old said of being in the studio with her brother during an interview in London in July 2025. “With Finneas, I never have to worry about if we’re not going to be friends again or have a falling out, or hurt his feelings in a way that we can’t fix.”
She continued, “Finneas and I have said the most cruel things that anyone has or ever will say because we’re siblings, and that’s how it goes. We love each other more than anyone’s been capable of loving anyone else. I think that’s why it’s so special, and why I don’t feel the need to work with anyone else to be real.”

3. Before musical fame, she recorded background dialogue for group scenes in movies. “I was in Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Ramona and Beezus, X-Men,” Billie told Rolling Stone in 2019. “It was fun—a bunch of random kids in a room yelling random things, and then we’d have a break and get snacks.”

4. As a child, she worked at a stable in exchange for free riding lessons. Since her meteoric rise to fame, she’s returned to the sport, telling the Rolling Stone that it’s “more for [her] mental health than like a hobby.”

5. Billie used to have a severe case of bieber fever. When she announced her collaboration with Justin Bieber on “Bad Guy” in July 2019, she revealed her fandom by sharing a hilarious childhood photo of herself standing in her childhood bedroom surrounded by posters of the teen heartthrob on social media.

She was diagnosed with Tourette's when she was 11. “I haven’t talked about it at all,” Billie said while speaking with David Letterman on Netflix’s My Next Guest Needs No Introduction. “The most common way people react is they laugh because they think I’m trying to be funny.
