Vanderpump Rules’ Stassi Schroeder Reveals She Had Yearslong Falling Out With Katie Maloney

Lisa Vanderpump is expanding her reality TV empire with the new limited series Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas, Bravo announced during NBCUniversal's 2026 Upfront presentation May 11.

And, after 12 years overseeing the rebellious staff at her famed West Hollywood restaurant SUR, Vanderpump is ready to grow her presence in the sinful zip code.

"Lisa Vanderpump has been ruling over the Las Vegas strip for years now, with three hotspot restaurants serving up chic cocktails in her signature whimsical settings," reads Bravo series description. "Now, she is expanding her Vegas empire through the opening of her high profile namesake hotel."

The spinoff will take fans behind the scenes as Lisa's team races to finish her new Sin City property The Vanderpump Hotel, all while pulling "back the curtain on the down to the wire drama."

But while Lisa is hitting the ground running in Las Vegas, the shenanigans over at SUR will continue to play out in front of the camera with the flagship Vanderpump Rules series returning for season 13—with many familiar faces from the recently rebooted cast.

But behind the Sunday church services and perfectly manicured facades are "intimate relationships and forbidden romances that test loyalties and marriages, jeopardizing the town’s pristine image and proving that perfection is far more complicated than anyone could imagine."

Premiere dates for both shows have yet to be announced.
