Of course, Walter is just the latest celebrity to turn down a possible spot among the RHOBH cast. LeAnn Rimes—whose husband of 15 years Eddie Cibrian was previously married to RHOBH alum Brandi Glanville—recently addressed speculation she was joining the show.

"No, no," the "How Do I Live?" singer wrote on Instagram May 6 in reaction to the rumors. "No housewives for me."

After all, the country star is already busy with a starring role on another TV series.

As Rimes noted, "Playing Dixie on 911 Nashville is drama enough for me."

Meanwhile, Sophia Bush had a similar response when current cast member Bozoma Saint John playfully invited the One Tree Hill alum to join the cast last year.

"I don't mean this to be judgy," Bush confessed during the Create & Cultivate festival in July 2025. "Genuinely, I was like, 'Isn't that the show where all the women yell at each other?'"

However, the actress applauded Bozoma's addition to the show, adding, "Boz is not a yeller. She is a cheerleader. She is a teammate. I don't think I get it. So, then I decided to tune in to watch you, and I was like, 'Oh, she's changing the vibe of a whole industry.'"
