Tom Sandoval is distancing himself from Victoria Lee Robinson.
The Vanderpump Rules alum was granted a temporary restraining order against the model on June 25 over allegations that she attacked him earlier this month during an argument that led to her arrest, according to court documents obtained by E! News.
Tom, 44, said in his protective order request that he and Victoria, 33, broke up around “May/June 2026.”
E! News has reached out to Victoria for comment but hasn't heard back.
According to Tom’s filing, the alleged attack took place on June 3 after he and Victoria returned to their Los Angeles home—where they also live with her dad J. Will Robinson—from a night out at a local bar. Tom said in the docs he was verbally arguing with Victoria when he noticed that she was filming him on her phone.
When he confronted her about the camera, Tom alleged that Will lunged at him, leading him to retreat to a bedroom.
"While I was barricaded inside the spare room, Mr. Robinson followed me, threatened me and punched a large hole approximately 12 x 12 inches in the spare bedroom door, where I had taken shelter," Tom alleged in a declaration. "He then put his face in the hole in the door and smiled telling me he will 'f--k' me up, 'destroy' me and called me a 'motherf--ker.'"
The Bravo star alleged Victoria then entered the room and "hit my face and temple area towards my hairline, which I captured on video."
"The impact of the blow was so forceful that it caused my vision to blur," he wrote. "I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck."

Victoria—who Tom began dating in 2024—was arrested on June 3 for corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, per a police report obtained by E! News. Jail records showed that she posted $50,000 bail, with Tom writing in his declaration that he "foolishly" helped her family with the bond.
Since then, Tom has been living out of hotels or staying with friends, according to his filing. He alleges that multiple attempts to retrieve his personal belongings from the house he shared with Victoria and her dad have been met with "intimidation" and "threats" from the pair.
In his filing, he also accused Victoria of physical and verbal abuse prior to June 3, including an instance on May 14 when she allegedly struck him in the face during an argument. He also accused Victoria of placing an Apple AirTag in his car to track his movements, as well as allegedly hacking into his phone and online social media accounts.

"While I had initially hoped that Respondent’s abhorrent behavior would subside and that the situation would improve, that has not occurred despite my efforts to maintain peace," Tom wrote in his restraining order request against Victoria. "As a result of Respondent’s continued harassment and volatility, I remain in fear of my safety and well-being."
Tom was also granted a temporary restraining order against Victoria's father who he alleged in court documents was "intoxicated on a daily basis" during their time living under one roof.
The next court hearing for Tom’s temporary restraining orders is scheduled for July 16. E! cannot immediately reach Victoria's dad for comment.
