Kylie Jenner is being sued by her former housekeeper Angelica Vasquez, who alleges she was "humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race" while working at the Kardashians star's Hidden Hills home.

Kylie Jenner Sued by Former Housekeeper for Alleged Discrimination

Kylie Jenner is facing a discrimination lawsuit from her former housekeeper.

The Kardashians star is being sued by Angelica Vasquez, who alleges she was "subjected to severe and pervasive harassment" while working at Jenner's home in Hidden Hills, Calif., according to court documents obtained by E! News April 21.

The lawsuit does not specifically attribute any of the alleged discrimination to Jenner, though the 28 year-old is listed as a defendant alongside two limited liability companies and 25 individuals who have yet to be identified.

E! News reached out to Jenner's rep for comment but has not heard back. The beauty mogul has yet to publicly address the lawsuit.

Described as a "a Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic," Vasquez alleged in her complaint that she was "routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment" while employed from September 2024 to August 2025.

"This conduct was continuous and created a toxic and abusive work environment," the filing read. "No remedial action was taken by any supervisors who witnessed this."

And when she spoke out, Vasquez allegedly experienced "increased workload; reduction of scheduled hours; false accusations and disciplinary warnings; continued public humiliation; and hostile verbal and physical conduct," per her lawsuit.

She claimed "things got violent" in March 2025, when an unnamed supervisor allegedly "threw hangers at [her] feet while reprimanding her."

Vasquez said she developed "anxiety, severe stress and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder" during her employment that required her to take a medical leave in July 2025.

"Upon her return, the hostile conditions continued," the complaint alleged, saying "working conditions had become intolerable" by August 2025 that Vasquez "had no choice but to resign."

In addition to punitive damages, Vasquez is seeking restitution damages "in the form of unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unreimbursed business expenses, unpaid sick leave, and all other compensation unlawfully withheld."
