Tia Mowry Seemingly Hard Launches New Romance After Cory Hardrict Divorce

Tia’s hard launch comes two months after she told Nathan Lately in an interview, “I’m in love.”

Though even then, the Seventeen Again alum—who shares kids Cree, 14, and Cairo, 8, with Cory—was hesitant to share too much, noting she was keeping the details “close to my heart.”

That same month, Tia detailed how being single—she and Cory were together for 14  years before their 2023 divorce—helped get her into the right headspace for this new romantic journey. 

“I will say that I’ve been in a place of solitude for a very long time,” she told People in an interview published March 25. “And there, I was really able to learn who I am, what it was that I wanted, and what it was that I needed. And I manifested this. I really did.”

In fact, she credited sharing her hopes with the universe in turning them into a reality.

“I like speaking it into existence, just being really positive about the words that you are telling yourself,” she added. “Visualization, I’m a huge believer of visualizing things and visualizing feelings. And I just started to stop just talking bad and poorly about dating because it was very easy to do that.”

And despite her onscreen history as one of two magical twins, this wasn’t any kind of spell work.

“I was like, ‘You know what? I believe in neuroscience and how the brain works, and if I continue to speak negative about it, that’s what my brain is going to seek out and find,’” she explained. “But if I just start to speak positive things into existence, then it’ll eventually happen.”
