Alix Earle's Ex Braxton Berrios Signs With New York Giants After One Season With Houston Texans
Braxton Berrios is touching down on a new team.
The NFL star—who dated Alix Earle for two years before their 2025 breakup—signed a one-year deal with the New York Giants following one season as a wide receiver for the Houston Texans.
As ESPN’s Adam Schefter confirmed on X June 1, "Giants are signing veteran WR Braxton Berrios to a one-year deal, per his agents Drew Rosenhaus and Robert Bailey.”
Braxton’s new chapter comes months after a major shift in his personal life—his breakup from Alix.
“Braxton and I are no longer together,” the influencer tearfully told fans in a Dec. 13 Tiktok video. “We have been doing long distance since, basically, June and we haven’t gotten to see each other that often. It’s just been really difficult for me.”
One element that led to their breakup was Alix’s hope for the 30-year-old to find a partner who could support his busy lifestyle as a football player.
“I want him to have someone with him 24/7 who can support him and be there for him," she explained. "And he wasn’t really expecting that of me. I think it was more a me thing but I constantly felt guilty.”
Though Alix, 25, shared that she and her ex remain on good terms, she has kept it real about the ups and downs of navigating a breakup. Indeed, she recently got candid about bumping into the athlete at a night club in Miami.

"I saw my ex tonight, but we're on good terms, so it was like, normal and fine," Alix said in her TikTok video posted May 25. "We were joking around with each other with someone that we are both friends with."
"It was funny and fun and then it wasn't," she admitted while taking off her makeup, "because it kept turning into me looking around the place the whole night, being like, 'Hmm, where is he?' I think that really sucked, like just catching myself doing that."
Though Alix intended on enjoying a girls’ night out, she shared with her followers that she wound up cutting the night short to take care of herself.
"It's hard when you see someone for a second and it's fun and normal," but reflected, "but that's just a dose of it. That's done. That started to hit me."

"Never one to put my private life out there. But this one deserved a post," Tua wrote on July 17, 2023, sharing a one-time-only snap of his love Annah Tagovailoa. "Happy 1 Year Anniversary to my beautiful wife. I love you."
In a rare peek into his off-field world, Tua told reporters in November 2022 that he was thankful for his wife and new baby (son Ace, born in August 2022, made his public debut at the Tua Foundation luau benefit the following April).
"It's very unique how having a child impacts how you see things differently in life. It’s like nothing that I’ve experienced," Tua said. "There’s no playbook for this because everyone’s experience is different, whether you’re having a boy first or a girl."
That being said, he added, "I thank my heavenly Father up above that I got a boy first. Oh, man. I don’t know what I’d do if I had a girl. It'd be a little harder, I think, because I wouldn’t know what to do necessarily."
