"[Selena] has the diet of a five-year-old child," Benny said while chatting with Gwenyth Paltrow for a private Goop Podcast live taping, per Daily Mail, meaning the former Disney star prefers "whatever is bad for your diet."  

He added, “This morning I walked in and she was eating Jack in the Box at 6:45 in the morning."

Though Benny confessed the 33-year-old "doesn't really like fruits or vegetables," he also acknowledged the "one healthy thing" Selena does enjoy. 

"She will eat the s--t out of Goop," Benny admitted of Gwenyth's health food chain, though noting Selena leaves the lettuce for Benny, opting instead for "everything on top of the salad."

But what Benny is most vocal about is how much he loves the “Who Says” singer.

“I worship the ground she walks on and I feel like she’s the same way to me,” he told Interview magazine last year. “There’s no ego between us. She’s praying for me to win and I’m praying for her to win. And I wake up in the morning—I know she does the same thing—and I’m like, ‘How can I make her life better?’”

And Selena’s relationship with Benny is certainly no same old love she’s experienced before.

“I’ve never been loved this way,” she told Vanity Fair in September 2024. “He’s just been a light. A complete light in my life. He’s my best friend. I love telling him everything.”
