Jenna Bush Hager Has 4-Word Reaction to Daughter Mila, 13, Telling Her to Get Botox
Jenna Bush Hager is not beating around the bush when it comes to her cosmetic procedures.
That’s why the Today host got brutally honest when her and husband Henry Hager’s 13-year-old daughter Mila Hager suggested that Jenna could benefit from getting a little more work done.
"My daughter, the other day, was like, 'You know, you could probably use a little Botox,'" Jenna shared with co-hosts Matt Rogers and Bowen Yang during a May 20 episode of the Las Culturistas podcast. "I'm like, 'Mila, I get Botox!'"
But there’s a reason why the 44-year-old is cautious about upping the facial injections. As she put it, "I'm always like, 'I could use a little more.’ But then I think everybody's so scared because we're on TV that all of a sudden I couldn't move my face."
Still, Jenna quipped that Mila’s comment humbled her, joking the teen “really does” know how to put her in her place.
“If you feel like you're like too big for your britches,” she added, “get a 13-year-old to hang out with you for a little."
After all, Jenna—who also shares kids Poppy Hager, 10, and Hal Hager, 6, with Henry—said Mila isn’t afraid to point out her gray hairs.
"She’s like, 'And your hair highlights, I can see your grays,'" Jenna said, before confirming that she often takes Mila's advice. "By the way, I do change accordingly. I made an appointment."
And Mila’s had her signature spunk since the day she was born, according to Jenna. In fact, Mila’s birth in 2013 came with much fanfare.

"She came at my baby shower," Jenna told co-host Sheinelle Jones during an April 13 episode of Today With Jenna & Sheinelle, explaining that Mila arrived one month before her due date. "She was supposed to come around my husband's birthday."
"I was wearing a short little orange dress, I looked like a pumpkin. And I was sitting in a circle full of people opening presents," Jenna reminisced. "And all of a sudden, my water bursts."
While the surprise caused quite the commotion among Jenna's friends and family, she ultimately remembers Mila's "romantic comedy vibes" entrance to the world as a beautiful experience.
"We have teenagers,” she marveled to Sheinelle. “Can you believe it?"

In an interview with Modeliste Magazine, via People, Kristin Cavallari expressed her experience of being a mother to her three kids.
"There's just so much more love in your life. I finally feel like I have a real identity," Cavallari shared. "I feel like I have a purpose here in life now. I'm a mom to these three amazing little babies, and my whole world just kind of opened up."
