The people yearn for comfortable footwear—Timothée Chalamet among them.
Last night, the actor reprised his role as the Knicks’ number one fan during Game two of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers. From his Chrome Hearts hoodie and Adidas track pants, you’d think Chalamet himself was warming up on the bench—not sitting courtside with the other celebrity onlookers.

But, as Chalamet often reminds us, cheering on his home team requires strenuous physical activity, be it jumping up from his seat in awe, clasping his hands to his head in anticipation, or dapping up power forward (and The Devil Wears Prada 2 star) Karl-Anthony Towns.
It makes sense, then, that the actor would need comfortable performance wear worthy of his ecstatic gesticulations. But it’s his footwear that really speaks to the stakes: a pair of mini Uggs.

As Glenn Martens once said, on the occasion of a Y/Project x Uggs collaboration, “Putting on Uggs is like putting your foot in a warm pot of butter…” Indeed, the cozy, shearling-lined boot is the ultimate comfort for your feet—a cloud-like pillow for your dawgs to rest. Amongst the celebrity set, Uggs are a beloved companion for long days on set, traveling, and backstage—all moments that welcome some extra comfort. Now, Timothée Chalamet is bringing the coziness courtside.
