Ever longed to hear Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli croon Lana Del Rey together? Well, look no further than the latest installment of Vogue’s Off the Cuff series, in which the Off Campus co-stars sing “Video Games” (Cameli: “Any time I’m in a room with guys that are playing video games, it just comes out of my mouth”), share bits of trivia—did you know there are 22 million people in the greater São Paulo area?! Cameli sure does!—and discuss Bright’s very cute phone background, which features her and co-star Mika Abdalla wearing blazers in a Brazilian pool.
Bright and Cameli also engage in some real soul-baring, with Bright admitting that she only slept every other night during COVID-19 lockdown and Cameli revealing the intensity of his Summer House fandom (relatable!). It’s fairly clear, however, that the two actors know each other pretty well at this point, with Cameli admitting of Bright’s tendency to tear paper props to shreds: “You do mindlessly destroy whatever you’re holding.”
Once it’s time for a little fashion-recognition game, Cameli shines at recognizing his own pink Joachim suit from the Based on a True Story premiere, while Bright admits that the on-theme “hockey skate boots” she wore to the L.A. premiere of Off Campus just two weeks ago were “really hard to walk in.” Furthermore, Cameli is a backback boy (no messenger bags for him!), while Bright’s go-to college accessory was “a bunch of cool computer stickers”—and honestly, the easy friendship between these two really does make them seem like pals from undergrad.
