Congratulations are in order for Barbara Palvin Sprouse and Dylan Sprouse!

The couple announced on Instagram that they are expecting their first child together. The two first made a grand reveal of Palvin Sprouse’s baby bump at an especially chic location—the Cannes film festival. The model and mom-to-be cradled her bump in photos while posing in a stunning baby blue dress alongside her husband.

While the paparazzi photos gave us a first sneak peek of the bump, the couple confirmed their pregnancy in a joint Instagram post right afterwards, with the photo featuring the couple in their exact same Cannes attire. The carousel also reveals a sonogram photo of their baby, as it makes a “rock on”-style symbol with its hand. The following photo shows the soon-to-be-parents doing the same hand symbol back at their new baby. The caption of the post? Simply: “🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼.”

The model and actor first met back in 2017 when Palvin cut Dylan in line for an event. As shared in their Vogue wedding feature, Sprouse called her out for her actions, and she replied: “What are you—a hot-dog vendor?” They chatted at the party but did not exchange numbers. Sprouse followed up their first interaction with a DM, but the model ghosted him for six months. They finally went on their first date in China.

The couple tied the knot on July 15, 2023, in Palvin’s home country of Hungary.
