Surprise: Dua Lipa and Callum Turner have tied the knot!

The couple wed in an intimate ceremony today, held at London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall amongst a small circle of friends and family. (The venue is a clear favorite for London celebrities: Everyone from Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr to Liam Gallagher has tied the knot there.)

In photos obtained by The Sun, the happy couple is seen leaving the civil ceremony hand in hand, as their loved ones throw confetti and flower petals on each side of the stairs. And while their nuptials were kept deliberately low-key, their traditional outfits still embraced the elegance of a classic wedding-day look.

Lipa donned a custom white skirt suit by Schiaparelli couture, designed by Daniel Roseberry. The look consisted of a tailored ivory cady blazer with gold buttons and a matching asymmetric skirt. She accessorized with a wide-brimmed hat by Stephen Jones, white gloves, and pointed white Christian Louboutin pumps. Turner, meanwhile, went classic in his navy double-breasted Ferragamo suit, complete with the matching shirt and tie.

This is reportedly not the only wedding festivities that Lipa and Turner will partake in this week, either. According to reports, a second three-day wedding event is set to be held in Palermo, Sicily. Some of the figures who are rumored to be on the guest list? Famous friends such as Elton John, Charli XCX, Mark Ronson, Donatella Versace, and Simon Porte Jacquemus, who many have tipped as the potential designer behind Lipa’s second wedding gown. (Lipa and Jacquemus are longtime friends, after all, and she often wears his designs—including at his wedding to Marco Maestri in 2022.)

However the grand wedding ceremony will look, it has been at least a year in the making: The couple revealed that they were engaged last year, when Lipa revealed the news in her British Vogue cover story. “Yeah, we’re engaged,” Lipa said in the July cover interview. “It’s very exciting. This decision to grow old together, to see a life and just, I don’t know, be best friends forever—it’s a really special feeling.”

Lipa and Turner began dating in January 2024, after first meeting each other at The River Café in London. Their official, widely reported meet-cute happened at a later date, while attending a mutual friend’s party in Los Angeles. The two realized they were reading the exact same novel—Trust by Hernán Díaz—and had both just finished the first chapter.

They were first spotted together attending the after-party for the Masters of The Air premiere in Los Angeles that same month, before continuing to be spotted throughout 2024 at afterparties for the Grammys, BAFTAs, and BRIT Awards. (Turner was also spotted watching Lipa during her headline Glastonbury set that summer, supporting from the sidelines.)

Since making their official red carpet debut in May 2025 at that year’s Met Gala, they’ve continued to go on many Instagram-worthy vacations together, sparking engagement speculation in December 2024 when Lipa shared photos of herself in a sunny locale wearing an enormous diamond on her ring finger. One can expect their upcoming formal ceremony in Sicily to be just as picturesque.
