The model and actress dined out at famed Los Angeles hotspot Giorgio Baldi last night, where she opted for a spring-to-summer outerwear-forward look: a funnel neck, double-breasted trench coat from, of all places, Mango. While in recent months, the popular funnel neck protected against blustery winter weather, Gerber proved that the buttoned-up look is just as viable in balmier temperatures.

Gerber’s light khaki trench fell just below the knee, and while she kept the coat buttoned and cinched, a sliver of a navy midi dress did peek through. By pairing a mid-length coat with a dress of the same length, Gerber offered a dose of intrigue: what does the rest of the dress look like?
