The Best Beauty Moments From the Spring 2027 Paris Men’s ...
Anna Cafolla · 2026-06-28 · via Vogue

Glam teams in Paris for the spring 2027 menswear shows had their work cut out for them in the record-breaking heat: keeping hair frizz-free, and skin luminous rather than sweaty. Yet the week’s standout beauty moments did more than survive the soaring temperatures—they made a compelling case for paying just as close attention to the men’s runways as the women’s calendar.

Take the Rick Owens show, which took an earlier slot in an attempt to beat the heat. Models stomped the Palais de Tokyo ramp in bulbous black jackets with built in air-con and sharp-shouldered tailoring; the makeup and hair looks followed the freak rhythm. Daniel Sällström contrasted washed-out pink lids and balmy lips with black-out contact lenses and sculptural lashes. 40 pairs of handcrafted lashes were made by Martina Derosa: some were spiky, pink, and pale yellow, while others encircled the expanse of the face like portals to another world. Hair, by Duffy, consisted of fluffed up mullets with bleached crowns and razored bangs.

Then there was Willy Chavarria, who presented a swaggering suite of tailoring in ice-cream colors: hair—by Chris McMillan—followed Willy’s collective spirit of Chicano cool and each individual model’s own vibe, with coiffed retro styles, oil-spill slicks, and rippling curls. Chavarria collaborated once again with The Ordinary for dewy, radiant skin looks, with flashes of sumptuous red lips and sculpted visages by makeup artist Baltasar González Pinel using MAC Cosmetics.

At Kiko Kostadinov, hair artist Tomihiro Kono crafted a series of hair corsets that encased model’s heads—cut with rhombus-shaped mullets and tendrils dyed washed out shades of cobalt and lilac—following the clean, geometric lines and shades of the garments. Faces were delicately slashed with watercolor, and feet (yes, feet!) were also painted a delightful shade of teal.

Hair looks ran the gamut across the collections. At Prada, little braided rat tails and lego-like punk cuts by Guido Palau; for Dries Van Noten, a delightful smattering of feathers through models’s heads that added wonderfully whimsical dimension by Olivier Schawalder. Rolf Ekroth’s collection was inspired by his penchant for pick-and-mix candy, so we got some sour-colored shaved skulls and mussed-up mid-lengths by Linda Lehto. The Comme des Garcons SHIRT show also featured some ceiling-skimming, acid-toned wigs, and at Issey Miyake Men, architectural crowns. For Junya Watanabe, big-blinged hats. While pared back, Mustafa Yanaz’s hair looks for the Lemaire show felt perfectly lived in and spoke to the house’s allegiance to the authentic and real. And at Amiri? It was all about the return of sexy ’80s-esque chest hair.

Below, some of the best beauty looks from the spring 2027 Paris Men’s shows.
