On Thursday night, the Los Angeles Lakers will play Game 2 of their second-round playoff series against the Thunder in Oklahoma City.

The Lakers are coming off a 108-90 loss in Game 1 (on Tuesday).

LeBron James led the team with 27 points.

Lakers Announce Injury Report

UPDATE: Luke Kennard is available, while Jarred Vanderbilt has been ruled out.

Ahead of Game 2, the Lakers have announced their full injury report.

Luka Doncic remains ruled out.

Looking At Kennard

Kennard is in his first season with the Lakers after getting traded (via the Atlanta Hawks) earlier this year.

The former Duke star is averaging 11.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 43.3% from the field and 40.7% from three-point range in his first seven games of the 2026 NBA playoffs.

Before the Lakers and Hawks, Kennard also spent time with the LA Clippers, Detroit Pistons and Memphis Grizzlies.

Looking At Vanderbilt

Vanderbilt is in his fourth season playing for the Lakers.

He is currently averaging 3.3 points and 3.8 rebounds per contest while shooting 42.9% from the field in his first six games of the playoffs.

Before Los Angeles, the former Kentucky star also had stints with the Denver Nuggets, Utah Jazz and Minnesota Timberwolves.

Lakers Right Now

The Lakers are the fourth seed after going 53-29 during the regular season.

They beat the Houston Rockets in the first round (in six games).

Following Game 2 against OKC, the Lakers and Thunder will head to Los Angeles for Games 3 and 4.
