The Justice Department is investigating Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), Vice President JD Vance said on Tuesday.

Omar has faced questions about immigration fraud, family finances, and her potential ties to a COVID-era fraud scheme in Minnesota.

“I don't want to prejudge an investigation,” Vance said. “It certainly seems like something fishy is there.”
