Video shows the moment Southampton cops opened fire on a knife-wielding madman as he stabbed his disabled mother in a horrific Mother’s Day attack.

Steven Eastwood, 28, is seen in newly released body cam footage lumbering out of his mom’s Northampton home in what seems like a zombie-like state – clutching a knife and donning blood-splattered clothes as he gives a menacing blank stare and ignores orders from cops to drop his weapon.

Then hecasually strolls back inside without a word to continue his grisly attack.

“Drop the knife!” officers  scream at Eastwood multiple times, according to three clips released Tuesday – as the deranged man stands there covered in blood after already stabbing his mother roughly 40 times inside the home.

Eastwood was shot six times and killed by Southampton Town Police on May 10 after officers responded to multiple frantic 911 calls from his mother that her son was intoxicated, acting violently, and armed with a knife, according to police reports and the new footage, which was released by New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office.

The video shows police entering the home as Eastwood ignores their commands and exhibits no emotion whatsoever. Cops back up as he walks outside barefoot and covered in his mother’s blood, still armed with the blood-drenched knife as police have guns drawn directly at him.

The maniac turns around in almost trance-like state and walks back inside, the footage shows.

Officers then follow Eastwood back into the home, where he can be seen lifting the knife over his head in the air to plunge directly into his mother before police open fire, according to the three separate clips released by the AG.

Miraculously, the victim survived and was fighting for her life at Stony Brook University Hospital.

There has been no update provided as to the mother’s condition.

The woman has three sons who are triplets, two of them suffering from mental illness, and police said the family has a history of domestic violence dating back almost a decade.

Police previously detailed that Eastwood’s mother had an order of protection against her son in the past but it was no longer active.
