Before Kanye West showered Julia Fox with Birkin bags, she was stealing from Betsey Johnson, the “Uncut Gems” star revealed at the Accessories Council Excellence Awards on Tuesday night.

And retired newsman Brian Williams has his eye on her.

Johnson presented Fox with the Betsey Johnson Iconoclast Award and the 83-year-old fashion legend even dropped down to do one of her signature splits on stage.

“I’m sorry I can’t do any cartwheels or splits,” Fox quipped before accepting her award.

“Ok, but let’s be serious. Thank you so much Betsey. It’s an honor to be in the same room with you, let alone to receive an award from you and I really mean that,” she said.

Fox then described the achievement as a “full circle moment” because “in middle school, I used to go to her store on Madison Avenue and shoplift,” she said, joking, “but honestly, it’s her fault. The clothes were that good!”

Her comments had the crowd in stitches, and Williams took notes before he hit the stage to present the Brand Innovation award to his pal, Monica Rich Kosann.

“What have we learned so far tonight?” said Williams, “We’ve learned the we have an active shoplifter here on the loose: Casually move any of your valuables [to a safe place],” he quipped.

“If I do a split, I will wake up in the hospital for special surgery,” he added.

The evening kicked off with Tom’s founder Blake Mycoskie receiving the social impact award from actress Jamie Alexander. Mycoskie spoke about crashing out and dealing with seven years of depression after he sold his company, which led him to create “Enough,” bracelets that 100 percent of proceeds are donated to mental health organizations. He gifted attendees with two of the bracelets at their seats.

“We’re all enough, and it’s not our accomplishments or our achievements that define our self worth. It’s our birthright to have that word,” he said.
