Kim Zolciak loses primary custody of kids for second time...

Kim Zolciak has once again lost custody of her kids – this time following ex Kroy Biermann’s allegations she has “neglected” their four minor children.

A judge temporarily stripped the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum of primary custody after Biermann filed an emergency motion on the matter last week, according to TMZ.

The outlet reported that Zolciak, 47, will now have limited parenting time with her minor children every other weekend.

Although the exes will continue to share joint legal custody of their kids, Biermann will reportedly be the final decision-maker in relation to educational, non-emergency medical and religious matters.

Zolciak, however, clarified that the judge’s decision to strip her of primary custody is only until she and her retired NFL star ex return to court for a full hearing later this month.

“The judge’s decision is temporary until our return court date on May 21st, when we will have the opportunity for a full hearing,” the Bravo veteran told TMZ in a statement Friday.

“While I want this process to be over for my children more than anything, I am looking forward to our court date on May 21st, when we will finally be provided with an opportunity to present the truth,” she added.

Zolciak’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Biermann, 40, filed an emergency motion requesting permanent physical and legal custody of his and the former “RHOA” star’s four minor kids on April 22, per TMZ.

The exes, who have been in the process of divorcing since May 2023, share son Kroy Jr., 14, son Kash, 13, and 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s two daughters from before their 2011 marriage: Brielle, 29, and Ariana, 24.

Besides accusing the Bravolebrity of neglect, Biermann reportedly claimed that Zolciak “acts in ways that are harmful to the children and contrary to their best interests” in his emergency motion as well.

“[Zolciak] is more selfishly concerned with her own image and her work options than with the opinions of experts and/or the best interest of the children,” the former Atlanta Falcon wrote. “This constitutes neglect of the minor children and is harmful to the progress and healing of the family unit.”

His estranged wife’s lawyer, meanwhile, slammed the retired football star’s neglect allegations as “unwarranted.”

“[Biermann’s] decision to file this motion lacks factual support and is unwarranted,” Zolciak’s attorney told TMZ last week. “We will address these claims in the proper legal forum and will vigorously defend the truth in court, rather than through public discourse.”

This latest development in Zolciak and Biermann’s ugly custody battle also comes after the retired linebacker requested sole custody of the kids in March.

He cited Zolciak’s alleged “mismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities” and claimed she left the country for weeks, only utilized her parenting time once between Feb. 26 and March 29, and wasn’t following the terms of their agreed-upon therapy.

Zolciak was ultimately stripped of custody until she completed four court-ordered parent therapy sessions.
