Exclusive | Denise Richards and ex's battle rages on in c...

‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Denise Richards looked as if she’d had enough of her divorce saga as she entered a downtown Los Angeles courthouse Monday.

The “Wild Things” actress sported sunglasses, a tan blouse, leather jacket and had her hair back as she entered her early morning divorce hearing flanked by her attorney Mark Gross and an assistant.

Once inside, Richards looked tired of the proceedings surrounding her. When the actress was asked by The California Post when the lengthy divorce would come to end, Gross quickly jumped in “It’s hard to tell,” he said.

The contentious battle between Richards and ex Aaron Phyphers has been raging on since their July 4, 2025 split.

Monday’s hearing centered around Richards’ request to have sensitive documents sealed,  which the judge granted. Phyphers and his attorney were not present in court.

The split has included accusations of extreme violence, personal finances exposed and a fight over content on Richard’s Only Fans Page.

Phypers was arrested in October on four felony accounts related to violence against Richards. Richards claims that Phypers was physically abusive and allegedly gave her a black eye, according to court papers.

Richards was granted a five-year permanent restraining order against Phypers, on November 7, 2025. He has denied the allegations.

The last time the two were in front of the judge on a dramatic March  afternoon, the two revealed the state of their finances, with Richards claiming she couldn’t pay for her jobless ex.

Phypers told a judge he only had $200 and is “just trying to survive” At one point, he admitted he “couldn’t buy food” and didn’t “have hot water.” “It’s embarrassing,” he said to a judge as Richards looked on.

When asked if she had any investments, Richards said she had “nothing.” The actress explained that she had some mutual funds in various IRA’s opened when she “was in her 20’s” but former business managers didn’t tell her where they were.

The former Bond girl was ordered by the judge Nicole Bershon to cough up $5,000 a month in temporary spousal support and an additional $30K in attorney’s fees.

Richards looked frantic when the judge made the order, muttering, “I can’t afford it.”

The former couple must still decide who has the rights to Richards’ Only Fans content. Phyphers has claimed he took the racy photos featured on the popular page.

In his divorce filing, Phypers estimated Richards grosses over $250,000 per month from OnlyFans, TV appearances, and brand deals
