Jenny Mollen gushed how lucky she was to be married to Ja...

Last year, Jenny Mollen and Jason Biggs’ marriage was still baking.

The writer gushed over the “American Pie” star on his birthday just twelve months before they split after 18 years of marriage.

“This is a pic of us at your surprise thirtieth,” Mollen penned on Instagram in May 2025. “We were married and yet I still knew practically nothing about you. Like for example, the fact that you hate surprises. Luckily, we made it past that hurdle. Happy 47th, I promise I planned nothing.”

The actress last posted a video of Biggs in March while joining in on a social media trend that showcased what life was like in the ’90s.

Mollen compiled a series of photos of her now-estranged husband in the “American Pie” franchise, on red carpets and during photo shoots.

“I was trying to jump on this #90strend but I think I accidentally made @biggsjason an ‘In Memorandum,” she captioned the post.

Just last week, Mollen shared a video to Instagram of one of her employees wearing her wedding dress.

The mom of two explained that she retrieved the gown from her storage unit, writing beneath the clip, “If you work for me, there will come a day when I ask you to put on my wedding dress. (Accepting applicants in comments).”

On Thursday, Page Six confirmed that Mollen and Biggs split, with a spokesperson for the pair saying they are on great terms and focused on raising their sons, Lazlo, 8, and Sid, 12.

There were been rumors of a split brewing for the past nine months.

Despite the breakup, a source told People that Mollen and Biggs spent his 48th birthday together this past Tuesday.

“They are very much connected,” the insider detailed. “I have no doubt that they will remain on excellent terms.”

After meeting on the film “My Best Friend’s Girl” in 2007, Mollen and Biggs got engaged in January 2008.

The former flames eloped that April.

Mollen and Biggs then renewed their vows in Napa, California, in July 2008.

Over the years, the pair was open about making their marriage work through the highs and lows.

“We have been getting along at the end of the day because we have a therapist,” Mollen told People in 2016. “You need to have a representative convey your thoughts for you sometimes. If it comes out of my mouth, sometimes it just sounds like I’m Jason’s mom.”

Biggs added to the outlet, “You shouldn’t be married and not have a therapist. You’ve got to do it as a preemptive strike.”

Throughout their almost two decade marriage, the duo also worked together on screen.

Mollen and Biggs appeared in 2016’s “Amateur Night” before co-hosting the 2024 cooking revival of “Dinner and a Movie.”

In 2018, Mollen (pictured here with Biggs in 2022) credited therapy to their healthy relationship, explaining: “You have to really want it. If you don’t care, it’s so easy to get divorced. So easy. So you have to really be motivated.” Getty Images

In 2018, the “Crazy, Stupid, Love” actress attributed their successful partnership to good communication.

“We’ve been in couple’s therapy since we met, but I would say just wanting it to work is huge,” Mollen expressed to Build Series at the time. “You have to really want it. If you don’t care, it’s so easy to get divorced. So easy. So you have to really be motivated.”

While together, the exes navigated Biggs’ addiction struggles.

The “Operation Taco Gary’s” star, who has been sober since 2017, said while on “The View” in January: “When Jenny got pregnant, that was sort of a wake-up call for me.”
