MMA fight ends in four seconds after stunning one-punch k...

The co-main event at LFA 235 was over faster than fans could order a hot dog.

Anyone who wanted to see the Jake Woodley-David Wright middleweight fight better have been in their seats and not in the bathrooms or concessions lines Friday night when the bell sounded at Freedom Hall in Louisville, Ky.

Woodley’s first right-handed punch sent Wright to the canvas, and Woodley scrambled on top of him to throw another punch from his knees before the official covered up an unconscious Wright.

Just like that, the bout was over in a four-second knockout.

The Legacy Fighting Alliance held its first event in nearly a month, and the quick knockout certainly stole some attention away from the upcoming UFC event at the White House.

“I visualized getting a five-second knockout a million times,” Woodley said, according to TalkSport.com. “I knew I was going to run out and throw a right hand. I thought maybe I would wrestle after, but I’m in really good shape and I believe in my cardio. I wanted to start fast and never let up, but I felt him go stiff and I was like ‘Holy s–t, I think I knocked him out.’”

Woodley connected on his first punch just as announcer Ron Kruck declared the fight “underway.”

Woodley improved his record to 8-1 with three knockouts.

It was the fastest knockout in LFA history, per multiple reports.

The fastest UFC knockout happened in five seconds, when Jorge Masvidal dropped Ben Askren on July 6, 2019.

“Right away, David Wright is down,” Kruck said, per TalkSport. “Jake Woodley drops the bomb. Are you kidding me? We may have a record finish. The Milkman delivered.”
