Who’s the underdog now?

The oddsmakers discounted them down before the series began, then gave the New York Knicks just a 0.4% chance of winning when they were down 29 points in the third quarter of Game 4 of the 2026 NBA Finals.

Never count New York out.

Ever!

OG Anunoby’s high-flying game-winning tip-in with 1.2 seconds left lifted the Knicks odds of winning it all from 38% to 82% on Polymarket’s championship market.

It was the biggest comeback in NBA Finals history, outdoing the 2008 Celtics rebound from a 24-point deficit against the Lakers.

The Knicks got back up when they were down and clawed their way back into a dominant position in the series.

And, with one more victory, into New York sports history.

“When you’re up against adversity, when your shots aren’t falling . . . that’s when discipline matters,” wrote Knicks legend and NBA champ Walt “Clyde” Frazier in his book, “The Game Within The Game.”

That was the Knicks through three-plus quarters of Game 4 … before their discipline kicked in.

Game hero OG Anunoby dropped 33 points on 10-for-15 shooting in 41 fearless minutes.

Captain Jalen Brunson — who’s making the case for Finals MVP — was a master floor general, leading the way and scoring a team-high 36.

Brooklyn native Jose Alvarado, who grew up a Knicks fan, came off the bench to contribute eight points, three assists and two rebounds in the final 10 minutes of the historic comeback.

Other stars — Karl-Anthony Towns, Josh Hart, Mikal Bridges, Mitchell Robinson — all did their part, because this is a true team, every part of it contributing mightily.

The Knicks are on the brink of their first NBA Championship since 1973, a dream delivered as soon as Saturday night in Texas

The Big Apple is alive with excitement — and an electric sense of anticipation.

Go, Knicks, go!
