Bruce Willis’ former Beverly Hills home has sold off-market for $41.25 million, sources told The Post.

It’s the second-highest residential sale in Los Angeles County so far this year.

News of the deal was first reported by the Real Deal.

The Mediterranean-style dwelling at 1005 Benedict Canyon Drive was built in 1928 and has been extensively renovated with additions over the years.

The sellers were Andrea and Carlos Alberini, the CEO of Guess and former co-CEO of Restoration Hardware.

The couple purchased the property from Willis for $16.5 million in 2014. (Willis, the “Die Hard” and “Pulp Fiction” legend, had bought it a decade earlier for $9 million from producer Alan Ladd Jr.)

The listing brokers were Jon Grauman, Adam Rosenfeld, and Bennett Bidwell of Resident Group. Carl Gambino and John Bercsi of the Gambino Group at Compass represented the buyer, whose identity was immediately unknown. 

The Alberinis have also listed an adjacent home asking $17.99 million that they had purchased for $15.75 million in 2021, according to reports. 

The seven-bedroom spread sits on under an acre.

Outside, the landscaped grounds include a resort-style pool and a fireplace.

Inside, design details include original exposed beams and multiple fireplaces.

It all opens to a double-height entry area that leads to a living room with sliding glass doors that open to an inner courtyard with a fire pit.

The large chef’s kitchen is accessed by walking through the courtyard. It features two islands and a breakfast bar.

There’s also a formal dining area, as well as another living room space with glass doors that open to a covered outdoor space for al-fresco dining. 

There’s also a wood-paneled home office with built-ins, a large screening room and a wine cellar.

A large primary bedroom suite opens to a terrace and also features a spa-like bath and two walk-in closets.
