“Jersey Shore” star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola denied being pregnant again following fan speculation over her appearance at Jenni “JWoww” Farley’s surprise wedding to Zack Carpinello earlier this week.

“Guys.. I’m not pregnant again it’s so hard to lose this baby weight! 😩” she wrote in the comments thread of an Instagram photo shared on Thursday.

In a photo carousel, the reality star, 39, posed in a sheer floral dress alongside the bride, groom, and husband Justin May, at Farley’s wedding on Wednesday.

In one snapshot, May appeared to lightly rest his hand on Giancola’s waist. In others, they posed alongside family members and friends to celebrate Farley’s big day.

Fans took to Giancola’s comment to gush over her appearance, assuring her she looked “amazing” at the celebration.

“Girl, I don’t think you look pregnant at all. You look amazing!” one person wrote, while another remarked, “Momma to momma, don’t let those comments or questions get to you.”

A third commented, “you are absolutely stunning!!!! Don’t listen to people and be easy on yourself! ❤️❤️❤️”

Giancola and May became engaged in March 2024 and welcomed son Vincent Keith May in August 2025 following a miscarriage amid their IVF journey.

Giancola and May’s radiant appearance at Farley’s nuptials comes just six months after they tied the knot themselves in December 2025.

Farley and Carpinello exchanged vows Wednesday after luring friends, family, and co-stars to Madison Modern Social in Old Bridge, New Jersey, thinking they were about to see a special screening of her upcoming “Nanny Cam” film.

They instead witnessed the city’s mayor officiate over their nuptials, according to People.

“The surprise element, the family focus and the intimate guest list all allowed us to create something personal and meaningful,” Farley told People of the event.

In exclusive comments to Page Six, Farley gushed over the event and the limited roster of guests at the private event.

“Every moment [of the wedding] felt intentional and filled with love,” she told us on Saturday.

“It was a beautiful reminder of how fortunate we are to have such incredible people in our lives, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to begin our marriage.”
