IT’S not going to be the one that got away!

The “soul of Soho,” as Ken Burns put it, is here to stay.

Prada had made plans to expand its Mercer Street store into its basement — which has been the home of Lure Fishbar for 22 years — by opening its own eatery, Pasticceria Marchesi, there instead.

But after an uproar in the neighborhood and a campaign to keep Lure alive, Page Six has learned that the Italian fashion house has struck a deal with its owners, saving the spot.

“For more than two decades, Prada and Lure Fishbar have defined this iconic corner of Soho. We are proud to continue our long-standing relationship and ensure that legacy remains part of the neighborhood for years to come,” Prada president Carlo Croso said in a statement.

The fate of the seafood favorite at 142 Mercer St. had been hanging in the balance since December 2024.

Along with Burns, Chris Rock, Cindy Crawford, Heidi Klum, Justin Theroux, Wyclef Jean and Jay McInerney all spoke out to save the restaurant.

“It’s my favorite spot in the city,” Rock, who frequently dines at Lure with fellow comics Dave Chappelle and David Spade, previously told The Post.

Lure owner John McDonald told us, “I’ve slept a lot better this past week knowing Lure Fishbar isn’t going anywhere.

“I always had hope this would end well, and that’s exactly what happened,” he said. “We’re staying at 142 Mercer. The magic of that dining room will remain, and with Prada alongside us it will only grow stronger.”

McDonald added, “And to everyone who spoke up and shared what this place means to them, it goes without saying how much I appreciate it. I look forward to many more memories on Mercer.”

The building is owned by famed real-estate honcho and art collector Peter Brant.
