Lindsie Chrisley was arrested in Georgia on suspicion of driving under the influence and other charges.

The “Chrisley Knows Best” alum, 36, was nabbed by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office late Saturday night after allegedly driving her Ford Bronco “completely over the double-yellow line and into the oncoming lanes,” according to the police report obtained by Page Six.

Chrisley was allegedly “speeding, tailgating and flashing [her] high beams,” which prompted at least one person to call 911.

She allegedly “fled from [one police officer] at a high rate of speed after he had activated his emergency lights and had turned around to catch up to” her.

When another police officer located her vehicle, he “activated [his] emergency equipment” but claimed Chrisley “did not immediately yield to the right.” Instead, she allegedly “continued past multiple suitable stopping locations before coming to a stop at [a] Chevron gas station.”

Once the second officer made contact with Chrisley, she allegedly explained, “They almost hit a deer — the car in front of me. I had to swerve around them.” When he asked if that’s why she was driving at an alleged speed of 86 mph, and she allegedly replied, “Yes, that is exactly why.”

When the officer asked Chrisley why she was in the neighborhood he saw her pulling out of, she allegedly explained that her passenger Travis Evans’ mom lives there and is “dying.” However, Chrisley allegedly told the cop they did not go visit her.

The officer allegedly “noted the smell of alcohol coming from her breath, her speech was slurred and she was making statements which did not make sense.” After Chrisley refused a field sobriety test, the officer placed her under arrest for speeding, reckless driving, illegal passing, driving under the influence and attempting to elude.

Chrisley also refused a chemical test of her blood, allegedly prompting her to ask if she could take a field sobriety test instead. However, the officer reminded her she had already refused that.

She was booked at the Cherokee Adult Detention Center around 2 a.m. and released around 4:30 a.m. after posting bail, which was just under $6,000.

Chrisley did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment; however, she told TMZ she plans to fight the charges, as she was simply trying to avoid an accident.

“I got pulled over speeding past a car on a two-lane road because they almost hit an animal, and I was trying to miss hitting them and whatever the animal was,” she claimed to the outlet.

Last month, Chrisley’s now-ex-boyfriend David Landsman was arrested in Georgia on charges of felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor battery, prompting the former couple to file for temporary restraining orders against each other.

Earlier this month, they agreed to a “mutual no-contact order” requiring them to stay 500 yards away from each other, their homes and their workplaces.

Last week, Chrisley revealed her plans to stay celibate for a year.

“I think that that genuinely is, like, the healthiest thing in this moment that I could do,” she said on her podcast, “The Southern Tea.”

The reality personality shares son Jackson, 13, with ex-husband Will Campbell, to whom she was married from 2012 to 2021.

Chrisley stepped away from her family’s former show, “Chrisley Knows Best,” in 2017 amid a historically rocky relationship with her father and stepmother, Todd and Julie Chrisley.

Lindsie previously vowed to “never” reconcile with her estranged family — including half-siblings Chase Chrisley, 29, Savannah Chrisley, 28, and Grayson Chrisley, 20 — after Todd and Julie accused her of aiding in the federal government’s investigation that led to the couple’s fraud and tax evasion convictions.

“Through therapy over the last year, I had just been advised by my therapist to not tune in, to not follow along on social media, things that were being posted because it’s triggering to me. So I try to distance myself from that as much as possible,” Lindsie told “Entertainment Tonight” in September 2021.

“However, I was told many things that have been said,” she added. “And it’s hard not to want to respond to those things. Because some of the things that have been said either are just categorically false or maybe the intentions I don’t feel are pure.”
