After we exclusively told you that Ben Stiller‘s viral courtside iPhone videos at MSG during the Knicks historic run are for an HBO documentary — Stiller confirmed the project to Kenny “The Jet” Smith on ESPN’s “NBA Tip-Off.”

Smith asked Stiller about the doc and co-host Shaquille O’Neal admonished his colleague for mentioning a project that hasn’t officially been announced. (We’re with you Kenny.)

“Thank you, my PR person, Shaq,” joked Stiller before admitting, “There’s a project in the works. But look, I’d be doing it anyway. It is part of a bigger project. [Being courtside] is insane… It’s fun to be able to share it with people.”

After Wednesday night’s record comeback victory by the Knicks, Stiller could actually have an Oscar-worthy doc on his hands? Game 4 was so star-studded, one Hollywood heavyweight told us of trying to exit MSG after the game and get to a waiting car: “It took an hour to get out of there. I don’t care who you were, even if you were famous, you were f–ked!”

Stiller, for his part, was also seen the next day using the Knicks’ run to promote his own line of sodas, passing out the refreshments to a long line in front of the New York or Nowhere store in Nolita. (The streetwear brand does collabs with the Knicks and other local teams.)

Along with regulars like Stiller sitting courtside on Wednesday night for the Knicks’ miracle win were perhaps more fair weather celebs like Taylor Swift. (“Why is Taylor Swift a New York Knicks fan?” NYC radio host Charlamagne tha God wondered Thursday morning. “How did this happen?”)

But another unfamiliar celebrity face for the front row was Christian music star Forrest Frank, who was actually supposed to headline a show at MSG on the same night as the game. (Since the Knicks have not been in the NBA Finals since 1999, MSG had other shows scheduled before the Finals were set.)

Some Knicks fans had mocked Frank when his concert was rescheduled by the game a couple weeks ago with online comments like, “I’m sure all 12 of Forrest Frank fans will be OK.” But the star actually has 6.7M Instagram followers.

Frank — who hails from Fulshear, Tex., (pop. 65,000) and has been nominated for three Grammys — brought a local pastor as his plus-one after having a contest to give away the ticket, and was back at the Garden last night as the main event.

After the Knicks’ win, celebrity fans finally left MSG and headed to Zero Bond, including Swift, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet.

Other stars turned up at a rebooted version of the onetime Chelsea club Avenue. The formerly glam ‘n’ gritty haunt we knew so well (shout-out to former doorkeeper Wass!) has been reimagined and relocated to the 101st floor of a Hudson Yards skyscraper by the Tao Group.

Guests partying at the new venue after the game included Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker, Meredith Marks, Henrik Lundquist, Draymond Green and Major Food Group’s Rich Torissi and Jeff Zalaznick, among others.
