Get ready to fall in love with the residents of The Boroughs, y’all.
Just six months after Netflix and The Duffer Brothers brought an end to Stranger Things, the partners are back with another project, this time set in the desert with actors of a certain age. Included in this all-star lineup are notable names like Alfred Molina, Geena Davis, Alfre Woodard, and Bill Pullman, just to name a few.
“In a seemingly picturesque retirement community, a group of unlikely heroes must band together to stop an otherworldly threat from stealing the one thing they don’t have, time,” a description of the series from Netflix reads.
While the Duffer Brothers only serve as executive producers and not creators, the influenes are undeniable, between the mismatched group dynamic, the sci-fi overtures, and the feeling that the show might just become an overnight hit. Given it’s large ensemble though, we predict it’s going to be hard for some people to keep everyone straight. No worries, we get it and we’re here to help.Check out our full character/cast breakdown of The Boroughs Season 1 below…

Sam’s chatty and well-meaning neighbor who has a hard time establishing boundaries. Jack is the first person to genuinely welcome Sam to the neighborhood and try to become friends, even throwing him a welcome party to help him meet other residents.

The Wire alum plays Judy’s husband of several decades and Sam’s neighbor. Lacking a job, Art takes to blazing up every day, which makes him an unreliable source as someone who may or may not see supernatural forces running amok in the neighborhood.
