Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval quietly sold their formerly shared LA home three years after their messy breakup.

Sources claim the couple was able to sell the Valley Village farmhouse for $3.1 million on Friday, reports TMZ.

Page Six previously posted an inside look at the Broadway star and Sandoval’s former residence, which features a large contemporary kitchen with beautiful white marble countertops, light wood flooring, a spacious living room and den with a view of the backyard, and ritzy light fixtures.

The primary bedroom holds enough space to fit a king-sized bed, extra seating and a sizable dresser.

The exes decorated the room with mirrors, wood ottomans, low-sitting side tables and a green velour bedframe.

Madix and Sandoval purchased the sprawling abode in 2019 — five years into their relationship — for $2 million.

The decision to sell came after the reality stars publicly ended their nine-year relationship in 2023, after Sandoval’s affair with their “Vanderpump Rules” co-star Raquel Leviss was exposed.

The music artist originally attempted to keep Madix from selling the house. In January 2024, the Bravolebrity appeared on an episode of the “Viall Files” podcast where he claimed he made his ex an all-cash offer of $3.1 million to buy the home.

However, Madix turned him down. Instead, she took him to court and sued him to force the sale of the house so they could split the proceeds.

At the time, the “Love Island” host said in a February 2024 episode of “Vanderpump Rules” that she didn’t want to sell to Sandoval because he “broke the home.”

“He f–ked all of this up. He doesn’t get to do that and then just keep it,” Madix said in a confessional.

Sandoval countered Madix’s comments, saying that Madix didn’t pay the bills on their home for months.
