It looks like Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley‘s friendship fallout will continue to dominate the third and final part of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 reunion.
Earlier this season, Richards spoke to the women about Kemsley’s “erratic” behavior following her separation from her husband, particularly her frequent tardiness, her overspending, and her oversharing of information regarding the current state of her relationship (Richards felt it would negatively impact her in the long-run of her divorce). While Kemsley solely pointed her anger at Richards for bringing these issues to the group, Richards has been insistent that Kemsley’s behavior is a topic everyone on the cast has discussed.
For instance, when Bozoma Saint John FaceTimed Richards amid her trip to the Hamptons with Rachel Zoe and Kemsley, Richards shared that Kemsley had been displaying some “erratic” behavior, possibly due to her “anxiety” post-separation. She told Saint John about Kemsley showing up late to the airport, forgetting her passport, and her “crazy” shopping habits, prompting Saint John to question whether that was the best thing for someone with a “looming financial crisis” to be doing.
Saint John later told Kemsley about her conversation with Richards, thus creating an even bigger rift between the two women.
In an exclusive clip from this week’s reunion episode, Saint John reminds Richards that she defended her to Kemsley on multiple occasions.
“I told Dorit, who disagreed with me, that I believe your concern was valid,” Saint John tells Richards in the reunion clip. “I said that again and again.”
When host Andy Cohen asks Richards if she was “initiating” the conversations about Kemsley, Richards says that while she “brought it to the table,” others were equally as affected by Kemsley’s uncharacteristic behavior. “When we were at the airport, both Rachel and I stressed about her being so late,” Richards says. “In the Hamptons, when [Saint John] said something about, ‘when you’re in a financial crisis,’ we were both talking mutually. That’s what I was trying to explain to Dorit.”
Saint John then chimes in with the assist, admitting she did, in fact, speak to Richards about Kemsley’s actions. The only difference? She brought her concerns directly to Kemsley after their chat.
“When we talked in the Hamptons, we started talking about how she was behaving, and I said, ‘Gosh, well, I’m concerned too, because she has a looming financial crisis,'” Saint John says. “Then, I got really scared. Then, I took it to Dorit.”
“I always defended you — your care and concern,” she tells Richards, though adds that she “felt foolish” when the RHOBH veteran ultimately opted to skip Kemsley’s book party at the end of the season.
See how the rest of this conversation plays out when The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Thursday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo.
