Those celebrating Star Wars Day today had a nearly hour-long treat drop on Disney+.
The final two episodes of Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord
Season 1 began streaming on Monday, perfectly timed for those honoring May the 4th (be with you).
Maul – Shadow Lord, the series follow-up to Star Wars: The Clone Wars, centers on Darth Maul (voiced by Sam Witwer), as he sets out to rebuild his crime syndicate. Created by Dave Filoni, the series also features the voice talents of Gideon Adlon, Wagner Moura, Dennis Haysbert, Richard Ayoade, Vanessa Marshall, Chris Diamantopoulos, and Steve Blum.
DECIDER contributor Joel Keller recommended the Star Wars animated spinoff series when it debuted on in early April in his Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord review, writing, “Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord is certainly one of the darker entries in the franchise, especially among the animated series. But there is a lot of potential to dig into the personality of one of the franchise’s most notorious villains, which is always something we look forward to seeing.”
If you’ve already finished watching the Maul – Shadow Lord finale, keep reading to find out if Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord will return for a second season.
