Florida State kicker Conor McAneney’s wild, violent brawl with cops earlier this year was captured on body camera video and released to The California Post on Tuesday.

In the footage, which does not have audio for the first 29 seconds, a Fort Lauderdale Police officer can be seen confronting McAneney at around 2:30 a.m. on March 18 while the Seminoles athlete was reportedly being tossed out of a popular bar while on spring break.

McAneney seemed to be unwilling to leave the area when the cop shoved him a few times.

The 21-year-old, who was 20 at the time, then grabbed onto a nearby railing in apparent effort to stay, which caused the officer to get even more physical with the football player.

In an incident report, the arresting officer wrote McAneney “grabbed my arm/shirt and attempted to pull me down,” so he punched him “two times in the face and brought him to the ground.”

The officer’s body camera video shows McAneney, the cop and other Fort Lauderdale Police then wrestled on the sidewalk for around a minute.

Cops continuously tried to get McAneney in handcuffs, but he appeared to resist.

“Give me your f—king hands,” one officer yelled during the scuffle.

When McAneney was finally controlled, he was visibly bleeding from his face. He also screamed, sobbed and pleaded with the officers to “stop.”

McAneney, who had allegedly been booted from multiple bars earlier in the evening for causing disturbances, was transported to a nearby hospital to have his injuries treated, before he was booked at a nearby jail on charges of battery on an officer, trespassing and resisting with violence.

McAneney initially faced felonies for the incident, though Broward County court records show prosecutors ultimately decided to charge him with one misdemeanor count of disorderly intoxication and one misdemeanor count of resist/obstructing without violence.

McAneney pleaded not guilty to the charges on April 18. He was due in court for a status conference on Tuesday morning, but results of that scheduled hearing were not immediately known.

FSU suspended McAneney indefinitely following the arrest. However, in mid-April, Noles247 reported he had been reinstated.

McAneney, a 6-foot-2, 200-pound kicker who’s from Ireland, joined FSU earlier this year after playing at Quincy University in Illinois.
