A Westchester mother is suing Sky Zone after an adult entered a private birthday party area at the trampoline park and crushed her 4-year-old son — leaving him wheelchair-bound for months with a broken femur.

Deanna Russell was accompanying her son at a Sky Zone in Mt. Kisco when the unidentified adult infiltrated the section reserved for the private event on March 9, 2024, she claimed in a June 16 lawsuit filed in Westchester Supreme Court.

The child was bouncing on the trampoline when adult allegedly collided with him and broke his leg, Russell’s lawyer Joanna Karlitz told The Post.

Russell blames Sky Zone for failing to keep the party area safe and private.

The child’s parents filled out an incident report, according to Karlitz, but Sky Zone allegedly hasn’t done anything to address the situation.

Sky Zone welcomes all ages to its parks, and children under 12 must be supervised at all times, according to its guidelines.

Russell is demanding unspecified damages for her son’s injuries.

Russell filed her case a week after a Florida mother sued the Sky Zone in Boynton Beach after her child broke his leg on a trampoline when another child jumped in the same area, the Boca Post reported.

Tameisa Sutton filed the complaint on June 9, alleging the park failed to intervene when the other child violated its “one-child per trampoline rule.”

Sutton is seeking out more than $50,000 in damages.

Sky Zone did not respond to a request for comment.
