Police were called to Geno Smith’s Florida home on Sunday over an alleged battery, local authorities told The California Post on Monday.

Cops showed up to the Jets quarterback’s Davie residence at around 4:40 p.m., according to a spokesperson for the Davie Police Department.

Further information regarding the incident was not made immediately available, though the rep did say “no one was taken into custody on scene.”

The presence of law enforcement came right around the time a woman named Kristen alleged in a video on her @everythingkrisxo Instagram page that Smith had put his hands on her.

In the footage, the woman could be seen filming Smith outside of his Davie home while screaming, “Geno just beat my ass!”

She also alleged that he “ran outside and attacked me,” and in another part of the video, she claimed he “broke my f—king computer” as well.

“Today is the DAY!” Kristen wrote in a caption on the video. “GENO SMITH beat my ass cause he HATES taking care of his special needs kid and can’t be left alone with him because he’d rather watch s*x online and play Call of Duty.”

In an additional caption, she added that Smith was “throwing my purses out and stealing my money out my car with his high deranged a.”

The woman’s video also included a shot of Smith appearing to talk with three police officers outside of his home. She captioned that clip with the words, “Charges. PRESSED!”

Smith has not responded to the allegations. When reached, the Jets did not have a comment.

However, the mother of Smith’s son, Seven, defended the two-time Pro Bowler in an Instagram Stories post on Sunday afternoon as Kristen’s video began going viral.

“Geno is and always has been more than capable of taking care of his son,” the woman wrote in a caption on a photo that showed Smith with the child.

“Let’s kill that narrative. Don’t get on the internet bringing my son into your web of dysfunction.”

Smith was traded to the Jets by the Raiders in March. It’s now his second go-around with the team — he previously played for New York form 2013-16.
