Johnny Knoxville is once again taking hits for our amusement in the new Jackass movie, Jackass: Best and Last, which opens in movie theaters nationwide this weekend.

This will be the fifth and final film in the Jackass film franchise, which all started with the MTV reality comedy series back in the year 2000. Over 26 years later, Knoxville and his fellow cast members are now in their 50s, and still getting beat up in the name of slapstick humor. That’s dedication!

Original series co-creator Jeff Tremaine directs the film, and most of the original series cast is back, including Knoxville, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Wee Man, Preston Lacy, Dave England, and Danger Ehren. Newer members of the team Poopies, Zach Holmes, Jasper Dolphin, and Rachel Wolfson—are also back in the new film. However, OG cast member Bam Margera did not return for the fifth film, after he was fired from Jackass Forever for drug and alcohol-related instances. He will appear in the film only briefly, via archival footage.

Jackass: Best and Last will only be available to watch in a movie theater, when it opens in theaters in the U.S. on Friday, June 26. You can find a showing near you via Fandango. Jackass: Best and Last is not yet available to watch online or on streaming.

Is the new Jackass movie Jackass: Best and Last streaming on Netflix or Prime Video?

Jackass: Best and Last is not streaming on Netflix or Prime Video, and likely will not be on Netflix any time soon, due to the fact that the film is a Paramount Pictures release. Almost all Paramount movies go to Paramount’s streaming platform, Paramount+, and not to Netflix.

You will be able to purchase Jackass: Best and Last on Prime Video eventually, when the movie becomes available to buy and rent on digital, but you will not be able to stream Jackass: Best and Last on Prime Video free with a Prime subscription any time soon. If you want to watch the new Jackass movie at home, you’ll have to wait for the film to be available to buy or rent on digital platforms, or wait for it to stream on Paramount+.

When will Jackass: Best and Last be streaming on Paramount+?

You might see Jackass: Best and Last streaming on Paramount+ around late April 2026.

The official Jackass: Best and Last Paramount+ streaming date has not yet been announced. Right now, the movie is only in theaters. That said, we do expect to see Jackass: Best and Last streaming on Paramount+ eventually, but we’re not sure when. Another recent Paramount film, Scream 7, was released on digital platforms one month after opening in theaters, and began streaming on Paramount+ about three months after opening in theaters.

If Jackass: Best and Last follows a similar release pattern, you might see the movie on digital around late July 2026, and streaming on Paramount+ around late September 2026. (Presuming that Paramount+ and HBO Max have not yet combined into one streamer yet, as they plan to do.)

But this is all speculation. If you want to watch the new Jackass: Best and Last movie right away, you can catch the movie in theaters. In the meantime, you can watch the Jackass TV series and the other Jackasss films streaming on Paramount+.
