Christopher Storer’s Emmy-winning culinary series The Bear is so back, and if you’re praying for a weekly release, your wish is FX’s command!

To anyone who’s about to celebrate The Bear finally abandoning the binge model, not so fast! The fifth and final season will still drop in full on Hulu like years past. But Season 5 will also be airing new episodes weekly on FX for fans who want to savor the final service.

When we last left Chef Carmy (Jeremy Allen White) in Season 4’s emotional finale, he’d just told Sydney (Ayo Edebiri), Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), and Sugar (Abby Elliott) that he was quitting the restaurant. While it’s been a year since that fateful finale, when The Bear returns for Season 5, it’s picking up the morning after that crucial conversation.

“With no money, the threat of a sale and a torrential storm in their way, the new partners must band together with the rest of the team to achieve one last service, hoping they’ll finally earn a Michelin star,” The Bear‘s official Season 5 synopsis reads. “ Ultimately, they learn that what makes a restaurant ‘perfect’ might not be the food, but the people.”
