Valerie Bertinelli drops the F-bomb -- and more curse wor...

Valerie Bertinelli is using swear words one sentence at a time.

The actress let two curses slip while promoting her upcoming movie “Love, Again” on Thursday’s episode of “Today with Jenna & Sheinelle.”

While relating to her character Caroline — who is her husband’s caregiver after his early-onset Alzheimer’s diagnosis — Bertinelli said, “I’m one of those people where no matter what I’m going through, I will put that happy face on so I don’t bring my s–t to other… sorry. Bring my stuff to other people.”

The actress said she is a lot like her character Caroline, explaining, “I will put that happy face on so I don’t bring my s–t to other… sorry. Bring my stuff to other people.”  NBC

Bertinelli, 66, quickly told co-hosts Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones that she is “so terrible” and “so sorry.”

Bush Hager, 44, wasn’t fazed, telling her guest, “We’re just chatting with girlfriends. It comes out.”

However, while discussing her dating life later on in the segment, Bertinelli said, “I am so independent and I can do anything I want, so leave me the f–k alone.”

“Oops, that’s a second one!” Bush Hager quipped to the “One Day at a Time” alum’s surprise.

“Geez Louise! I’ll never be invited back again,” Bertinelli teased. “I’m sorry! God, what is wrong with me?”

“You know what, it’s the 66-year-old disease where you just don’t care what comes out of your mouth. I apologize to everybody out there. I’m sorry. I’m sorry,” the “Hot in Cleveland” star mused.

Despite her sincere apology, Bertinelli is no stranger to speaking her mind — colorful language or not.

In her March memoir, “Getting Naked: The Quiet Work of Becoming Perfectly Imperfect,” the “Touched by an Angel” actress reflected on the “gross” complications she had from her breast implants.

After falling down the stairs and rupturing her implant, Bertinelli went under the knife.

“My doctor showed me the old implants. They were like ostrich eggs, hard and crusted over,” she writes.

“In all seriousness, I’m lucky to have survived. That weekend scared the piss out of me,” the “Love, Again” star (pictured here in the pool) writes in her new memoir. wolfiesmom/Instagram

Then, following complications during her recovery, Bertinelli underwent a third surgery and recounts, “My nipple, or what was left of it, was holding on to within a literal half inch of its life.”

“In all seriousness, I’m lucky to have survived. That weekend scared the piss out of me. After a lifetime of always thinking I needed to fix something about myself, this last go-round has been a doozie,” she shares.

Now, Bertinelli is hoping that a fourth surgery will help her close this chapter for good.
